6 Pembridge Place House

The project consists of restoration of the mid-Victorian villa (build in 1870) from 4 apartment to a single family house with added subterranean development below the building and under part of the forecourt and rear garden. Major refurbishment works in all existing floors with little effect on the exterior appearance of the building. The project also includes a conservatory extension to the rear at lower ground floor level. The existing garden studio is demolished and single storey studio is rebuilt on the footprint of the existing. The project is due for completion in December 2016.
